As a menopause and Pelvic floor health coach, my mission is to make it easier for women to navigate this second sacred phase of their lives - menopause.


I am passionate about helping women reclaim their best physical, mental and emotional selves and enjoy good, functional health for life. I hope to empower women advocate for themselves and THRIVE in menopause and Beyond!

I have combined all my training in movement/yoga with my Women’s health coach training and peri and post menopause training to offer services that keep women 45 years and over strong, fit, and injury-free as they journey through peri and post menopause.
